• Prenatal visits are visits that usually takes place before labor and delivery. Usually, around the second and third trimester.
• During prenatal visits we will get to know one another as I assist you with completing your birth plan/wishes. A birth plan consist of wishes you would like to have happen during labor. Also, I will be teaching mother and support system different techniques and positions to make delivering baby more tolerable
